A café in the day, and a gastropub at night, we pride ourselves in having everything your heart desires. Jeremy Heng is the head honcho and the big kahuna behind the bar at The Tipsy Tavern, a place where guests stay tipsy and leave happy. Jeremy, with more than 10 years of F&B experience under his belt, was an Operations Ninja at Elite Bar Solutions and has even done a short 2-year stint with William Grant & Sons as a Whisky specialist.

Jeremy holds a strong knowledge of whisky and spirits alike. He is notorious for his many puns and, his pursuit of his customers’ satisfaction and happiness is second to none.
